★Seneca 104 is a 1-bedroom/1-bathroom property located on the first floor near the entrance/exit, sleeping up to 4 guests. It features an open kitchen, living and dining area with all necessary basics for cooking and serving meals.
★There’s one King size bed in the master bedroom along with pull out sleeper sofa that sleeps two additional people plus modern bathrooms stocked with shower toilet sink cabinet hygiene shelf mirror etc.. Linens towels trash bags toilet paper bar soap are included but please plan to bring your own shampoo etc..
★Guests can take advantage of nearby shopping and dining options or enjoy their own meal in this fully equipped kitchen featuring countertops, island, utensils, pots & pans as well as appliances such as dishwasher stove oven microwave fridge & toaster. The living room has a cozy gas fireplace and TV while outside there’s a spacious covered balcony overlooking hot tubs.

● Free bus shuttles are available from the Village to Top of the Mountain, and to Silver Creek for night skiing. Reach the Western Territory by way of the Silver Creek shuttle.

PETS: Seneca does not allow any pets. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but we just have to insist that you find other arrangements for your furry friends. However, if you do have a certified service animal, please let us know in advance so we can make sure to have everything ready for them when you check-in. Don't forget to register your service animal at the front desk upon arrival. Thanks for understanding!
EARLY CHECK-IN: While we know you are excited to kick off your vacation, please note we cannot guarantee check-in prior to 5:00 PM. We may be able to accommodate your request for an earlier check-in as long as the room is clean and set up, for an Early check in fee.
LATE CHECK-OUT: Unfortunately, these are not possible. If you’d like a late checkout so you can enjoy all the mountain has to offer, we’re happy to book you for another night, if this or any of our other properties is available.
● If you need additional accommodations, please ask me about my other condos in Mountain Lodge, Allegheny springs, Highland House, Seneca, Expedition station, Rimfire, Summit and in Silver Creek.
PARKING: : Your reservation includes parking.you will be allowed free garage parking after 5:00 PM on the day of your check-in.
PETS, BIKES, AND SMOKING ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED. THERE WOULD BE A $300 FINE FOR VIOLATION. You may only bring a bike into the building.
BOOKINGS ARE STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE / Refundable based on the channel policy you book on. Keeping in mind our guests need, we have designed one of the best cancellation policies. You can book with us and purchase travel/trip insurance if available.
