Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation Policy: We encourage our guests to review the cancellation policy detailed in their rental agreement carefully. This policy is designed to be equitable, offering a clear timeframe for cancellations to be made for a full or partial refund.
• Amenity Malfunctions: While Snowshoe Ski Vacation strives to ensure all amenities are in perfect working order, unexpected malfunctions can occur. We commit to addressing these issues promptly; however, refunds will not be issued for malfunctions of appliances, pools, hot tubs, elevators, etc.
• External Disruptions: No refunds will be provided for situations outside our control, such as utility outages (power, internet, hot water), natural events (floods, heavy snowfall), or other disruptions (nearby construction noise, mandatory evacuations).

Modifications and Exceptions

• Extreme Circumstances: In exceptional or force majeure events, Snowshoe Ski Vacation reserves the right to modify this policy at our discretion to ensure fairness and adherence to applicable laws.
• Early Departures: No refunds will be provided for early departures that are not a result of a contractual breach by Snowshoe Ski Vacation.

Dispute Resolution

• Direct Resolution Approach: Guests are encouraged to communicate any issues directly to the property manager or our customer service team. Our priority is to resolve concerns quickly and to the satisfaction of all parties involved.
• Mediation and Arbitration: Should a dispute arise that cannot be resolved through direct communication, Snowshoe Ski Vacation may offer mediation or propose arbitration as a means to achieve a fair resolution, in line with local consumer protection laws.

By booking a property with Snowshoe Ski Vacation, guests agree to the terms outlined in this policy, which is based on accurate descriptions, reviews, and photographs of the property. Acceptance of these terms is required at the time of booking.
