Mountain Lodge: Located very close to the Village where all après ski activities are such as restaurants, rental shops, shopping, bars, Split Rock Pools. Just steps away from the Ballhooter lift upon exiting the building! Private parking, a large comfortable lobby, scenic overlooks, and slope-side access make this complex convenient for all. All condos feature full kitchens. Address: 75 MOUNTAIN LODGE LN, SNOWSHOE, WV 26209. Mountain Lodge had outside cladding completed in 2020 and will be adding back brand-new balconies in 2022 (currently the building doesn’t have balconies).

Living room:

❖ The living room brings a light and comfortable vibe for you to relax in. This condo offers a queen size sofa bed and comfortable chair. Your entertainment options include flat-screen wall-mounted 50” Smart TV. You can use your Netflix and Amazon Prime accounts to play your favorite shows and play direct TV channels. The unit has its WI-FI connection for entertainment or remote working and portable air conditioning.

Upgraded kitchen and dining!

❖ The kitchen comes fully equipped with a stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, regular coffee maker, toaster, crockpot, pots, and pans, all cooking utensils and serving dishes to test your culinary skills or even bake something if you wish. The kitchen has a telephone for easy access to phone calls if your cell phone doesn't work (Only AT&T and T-Mobile get signal on the mountain). On the other side, the dining table has 4 seats to share.

Bathroom:

❖ Clean, tidy, and spacious to pamper and clean yourself. Equipped with shower, toilet, and sink with cabinet underneath and a hygiene shelf beside the wide mirror installed above the sink. Full bath with dual head detachable multi-setting shower head.

❖ Limited Cell Phone Service: Because of the national quiet zone, only AT&T and T-Mobile subscribers get signal on parts of the mountain. You can use Wi-Fi calling for your cell phone to make and receive phone calls. Each condo has its own house phone which can be used to make and receive local and long-distance calls. The condo phone no. is 304-572-0xxx (where xxx is the room number of your condo). You may also use that phone to dial 911 in the event of an emergency.

Snowshoeskivacation is your perfect spot for your mountain-style vacation! We host families and groups in our 40 plus ski-in/ski-out condos. Book these condos for groups, family gatherings, or weddings. The ball hooter lifts and skidder slopes are right outside the back door. Sleep comfortably up to 4 guests on our one queen size bed, and a sofa bed.

General Mountain Information:
❖ Please check openings of third-party activities as this are continually changing based on season and COVID-19 requirements. We only provide lodging and discount our rates when the resort is not in peak season. We do not guarantee any third-party activities and do not offer any refunds for non-availability or closure of third-party activities.

❖ Please be advised that Snowshoe is limiting the number of ticket sales. So, please ensure you book your lift tickets right away to avoid any surprises.
❖ Lodging will be available daily (all week). To help facilitate social distancing measures, certain areas of the resort will use capacity management.

Housekeeping inclusion:
❖ Linens, towels, kitchen towel, trash bags, toilet paper and bar soap (Please plan to bring your shampoo and other toiletries). Please also bring cooking supplies like salt, pepper and oil.
❖ You can bring your ski equipment in the room.
❖ CHECK-IN TIME STARTS AT 5:00 PM. House cleaning staff needs ample time to prepare the unit so that it is clean for you upon your arrival. PLEASE DO NOT ARRIVE EARLIER THAN THE CHECK-IN TIME.
❖ CHECK-OUT TIME IS BY 11:00 AM. If you would like to request a late checkout, please know that we may not be able to accommodate that request and if we can, there will be a fee.
❖ BOOKINGS ARE STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE / Refundable based on the channel policy you book on. Keeping in mind our guests need, we have designed one of the best cancellation policies. You can book with us and purchase travel/trip insurance if available.
❖ PETS, BIKES, AND SMOKING ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED. THERE WOULD BE A $300 FINE FOR VIOLATION. You may only bring a bike into the building if you have rented a bike locker from Mountain Lodge front desk.
❖ WI-FI Network =” Mountain Lodge 335” and then enter password=   3045720xxx (xxx is your room number). Sometimes the network in one room does not get a strong signal, you can look up another room’s WI-FI and connect your device using the password associated with that room number.
